Palace of Prog and AOR XI

Here is your ticket to travel first class, we´re going to melodic heights.

Lamprey is the solo project of Cody Jones from the sunny Gold Coast, Queensland Australia. Employing a myriad of musical influences from rock to electronic, the music is both branded with a unique identity and strange familiarity - leaving you with a fresh perspective after each listen.
Check out their Fair To Midland cover Walls of Jericho below, as well as a stream of the new album The Greener Grass.

TanĂ© Cain was a Californian based chanteuse with the voice and looks that should have propelled her to stardom. Issued in 1982, TanĂ© Cain's self-titled album has gone down in AOR folk lore as one of those records that had it all but, sadly, ended up as a fascinating curiosity rather than a big seller, despite the help and assistance of a major record label and several seasoned musicians. .Employing a coterie of top west coast session players, including guitarist Tim Pierce (Giant) and fellow Journey members Neal Schon (guitar) and Mike Baird (drums), the album was constructed with pin-point accuracy, giving rise to a record that has been a long term critical hit far beyond its original commercial failure.
Tane Cain´s debut album from 1982 will be re-released on Nov 30.
Featuring the amazing line up : Tane Cain (vocals)
Jonathan Cain (keyboards)
Neal Schon (guitar)
Tim Pierce (guitar)
Dennis Bellfield(bass)
Mike Baird (drums)
