Are you one of those who think hard rock music pretty much died when grunge invaded the charts in the 90´s and point out 1989 as a best before date. Then I can make your day with saying Resurrection Kings is right up your alley, no need to worry if you think the members of RK can pull it off.
They´ve been there, done that so to speak. How about Craig Goldy - Guitar (Giuffria, Dio), Chas West - Vocals (Bonham), Sean McNabb - Bass (Quiet Riot, Dokken) and Vinny Appice - Drums (Heaven and Hell, Last In Line).
Soundwise, this album bring thoughts to Craig Goldy´s Ritual from 1991 which is a damn good album if you ask me. So underrated but I hope Goldy will get more recognition for Resurrection Kings because this is a great old school hard rock album.
Highlights : Fallin´ for you, Distant prayer
Recommended if you like House of Lords, Whitesnake, Rough Cutt
