3,5 out of 5

Everything goes in cycles, first came the radio star, then video killed the radio star. Then internet killed the video star so now we´re just waiting for the radio to return to kill the internet star.
Here´s a good way to start, "Dreaming onward" is the first EP from Orlando, Florida based Reverist. A band built around singer/songwriter Omar Qazi who loves his synthesizers.
Fill the airwaves again with these 5 songs and I won´t miss the internet, it´s time we drag out people dancing on the streets again instead of looking down at their smartphones like zombies.
Omar probably played covers by The Buggles and other similar acts before he started starting writing his own material so that´s why I feel this blend of 80´s synth and piano driven pop is his homefield.
Radio, someone still loves you!
Highlights : Superhero, They are weak but we are strong
Recommended if you like Magic Man, A-ha, Keane
