The Uppsala, Sweden based band Safemode doesn´t hold back when it comes to every aspect of how to deliver top quality modern metal, they might not be counted as one of the most famous metal acts from Scandinavia but they certainly do belong in the elite division from the northern parts.
When they´re melodic, they are supermelodic and when they´re heavy, they´re heavy as a ton of bricks. Their 2nd full length album takes the best of both worlds with one foot in metalcore and the other one in active rock.
"Colorblind" will do just fine in my record collection right next to their EP "Gold digger" and Saga´s first album, so what are you waiting for? Get your own copy today.
Highlights : This is not the end, One love, Empty mirror
